I love homemade Catsup...this is my Aunt Winnie's version...she was a wonderful "country" cook in the spirit of her ancesters...She cooked country hams in tin lard buckets with old Sears & Roebuck Catalogs holding down the lid...I never tasted this, but my cousin ensures me it was fantastic.
